El Nido has its own airport, Lio Airport (ENI), which serves direct flights. For land and sea travel, Puerto Princesa International Airport (PPS) and Puerto Princesa's San Jose Terminal are common entry points, leading to various options to reach El Nido's bus or ferry terminals.
