Siquijor Island does not have a major international airport; visitors primarily access it via ferry from nearby larger islands. The main gateways are Dumaguete City in Negros Oriental, Cebu City, and Tagbilaran City in Bohol, all of which have ports and airports serving domestic and some international flights.
