Staying at Olala, right in the heart of Iboih, offered a classic budget guesthouse experience. The bungalows are simple yet comfortable, and having a private jetty means easy access for snorkeling or just lounging by the water. The central location in Iboih naturally leads to opportunities to meet other travelers, especially around the cafe and restaurant area.

My stay at Pulau Weh Paradise provided excellent value with its beachfront restaurant and helpful staff. While some of the more basic rooms are simple, the communal areas and the stunning beach views create a very inviting space.
