Nazca is primarily served by its bus terminal, the Terminal Terrestre de Nazca, located centrally in the city. The Maria Reiche Neuman Airport in Nazca exclusively handles flights for viewing the Nazca Lines and does not operate commercial passenger services to other cities.

By Bus from Lima

Traveling by bus is the most common and reliable method. The journey from Lima to Nazca typically takes between 7 to 8 hours. Major bus companies like Peru Hop, Cruz del Sur, Oltursa, Tepsa, and Civa operate this route. Fares generally range from approximately $9 to $55 USD, depending on the company and service class. Peru Hop offers a hop-on/hop-off service with English-speaking guides. Buses depart from various terminals in Lima and arrive at Nazca's main bus terminal.

By Bus from Other Cities

Direct bus routes are available from other Peruvian cities such as Arequipa and Cusco.

By Car Rental

While possible, renting a car and driving to Nazca is generally not recommended due to local driving conditions. The drive from Lima takes approximately 6 hours.
