Flights from San Andres (ADZ) to Providencia (PVA):

  • Travel Time:: The flight duration is approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
  • Cost:: Roundtrip tickets typically range from 250,000 to 400,000 COP (approximately $63-$102 USD). One-way fares can be found from $99 to $310,000 COP.
  • Frequency:: Flights operate daily, with Satena offering 2 to 4 flights per day, or up to 21 flights per week.
  • Booking:: It is advisable to book tickets in advance due to limited availability.

Catamaran/Ferry from San Andres to Providencia:

  • Travel Time:: The catamaran journey typically takes about 3.5 to 4 hours from San Andres to Providencia, and 3 hours for the return trip.

  • Frequency:: Services usually run 3 to 5 times per week, with daily trips possible during high season.

Tourist Tax:

Upon arrival in San Andres, visitors must pay a tourist tax of 112,500 COP, which provides an entry card valid for both San Andres and Providencia. This card must be retained for the duration of your stay.
