1. Mercado Central

Cuisine: Bolivian, Local Market Food

Stepping into Mercado Central offers a genuine immersion into Tupiza's local life. You will find numerous food stalls (comedores) serving up fresh, homemade Bolivian dishes, such as hearty soups like sopas de quinua, milanesas, and various guisos. It is an excellent spot for cheap eats and experiencing the authentic flavors of the region.

Price: Around 6 BOB (under 1 USD) for a main course.

Getting There: Located centrally, within easy walking distance from most accommodations and the main plaza.

2. Avanti Cafe Bistro

Getting There: Situated in a central area, easily accessible on foot from the main parts of town.

3. Restaurant Green Planet

Cuisine: Bolivian, Vegetarian-Friendly, Home-cooked

Restaurant Green Planet provides a cozy dining experience, specializing in a daily set menu, known as 'menu del dia.'
