From Sydney, the drive is about 533 kilometers and takes approximately 5 hours and 48 minutes.

By Bus:
Regional Shuttle (Dorrigo Transit):: Dorrigo Transit operates a regional shuttle service from Coffs Harbour Airport to Dorrigo Cudgery Street. This service runs once daily and costs approximately $35-50, with a journey time of about 1 hour and 10 minutes. Services operate on specific days, including Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday. Bookings are essential. On request, the service can extend to the National Park entrance.

By Train:
From Sydney, train services operated by Transport for NSW run four times daily to Urunga Station. The journey takes approximately 8 hours and 17 minutes to 8 hours and 49 minutes, with tickets costing $12-30. From Urunga, travelers would need to arrange onward bus or taxi transport to Dorrigo and the National Park.

The nearest airport is Coffs Harbour Airport (CFS), with direct flights available from major cities like Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. From Coffs Harbour, visitors can then use car rental or bus services to reach Dorrigo National Park.
