By Car:

By Bus (FlixBus):

A seasonal FlixBus service runs direct from Toronto Union Station's Bus Terminal to Niagara-on-the-Lake (51 Queen's Parade). The journey takes approximately 1 hour 45 minutes, with tickets ranging from $13-$23. This service operates six days a week (excluding Wednesdays), with two trips per day, from June 26 through November 2.

By Public Transit (GO Transit + WEGO Bus):

From Toronto, take a GO Transit train to Niagara Falls GO Station. From there, transfer to the WEGO Green Line Northbound Bus (Route 603) to the Floral Clock stop, and then connect to the WEGO Orange Line Niagara-on-the-Lake shuttle (Route 604) which goes to Fort George. This multi-leg journey takes about 2 hours 30 minutes and starts at approximately CA$35 for a round trip. A 2-day travel package that includes GO Train, unlimited WEGO bus usage, and the Niagara-on-the-Lake shuttle is available for $40. The WEGO Niagara-on-the-Lake shuttle is a seasonal service, operating from April 19 to September 27.

By Private Shuttle:
