Cappadocia is primarily served by two airports, Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV) and Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR), and has main bus stations located in Nevşehir and Göreme.

Flights:

  • The fastest way to reach Cappadocia is by flying to Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV) or Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR).
  • Flights from Istanbul typically take 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 30 minutes.
  • Indicative costs for a round-trip flight from Istanbul can range from USD 80 to USD 280, or around 1800-2000 Turkish Lira in 2023-2025, varying by season and airline.
  • From both NAV and ASR, airport shuttle services are available to Cappadocia's towns for approximately $10-$20 per person, or private transfers and taxis can be arranged.

Buses:

  • Intercity buses connect Cappadocia to major cities across Turkey, including Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, and Antalya.

Train:

Car Rental:
