From Tenerife South Airport (TFS):
By Bus:: There is no direct bus service. Travelers typically take a bus to Estación Costa Adeje and then transfer to another bus heading towards Garachico. The total journey can take approximately 2 hours 5 minutes to 2 hours 35 minutes, with indicative costs ranging from €6 to €11.
By Car Rental:: Driving from TFS to Garachico takes around 57 to 58 minutes. Indicative costs for car rental can vary, starting from approximately €10 to €16.
By Taxi/Private Transfer:: A taxi or pre-booked private transfer offers the fastest and most direct route, with travel times of about 57 minutes to 1 hour 8 minutes. Taxi fares can be around €160 to €200.
From Tenerife North Airport (TFN):
By Bus:: No direct bus service is available. Routes usually involve transfers, for example, via Intercambiador Laguna and Estación Icod, or Puerto de la Cruz. The journey typically lasts about 1 hour 38 minutes to 1 hour 56 minutes, with fares between €4 and €10.
By Car Rental:: The drive from TFN to Garachico is roughly 40 to 42 minutes. Car rental costs are typically in the range of €7 to €12.
By Taxi/Private Transfer:: Direct taxi or private transfer services complete the journey in about 40 to 42 minutes, costing approximately €120 to €150 for a taxi.
From Santa Cruz de Tenerife:
By Bus:: Direct bus services to Garachico are not available, requiring a transfer. For instance, taking TITSA bus 108 to Estación Icod, and then transferring. The total travel time, including transfers, is around 1 hour 36 minutes, with costs from €5 to €8.
By Car Rental:: Driving from Santa Cruz de Tenerife takes approximately 46 minutes, with costs for car rental being around €10 to €14.
From Puerto de la Cruz:
By Bus:: The TITSA bus line 363 provides a direct connection to Garachico, with a travel time of about 55 minutes and an approximate cost of €3.75. Buses run every 30 to 60 minutes.
