While Córdoba has a local airport, it mainly offers limited domestic flights, making nearby international airports in Seville and Malaga more common entry points.
By Train (High-Speed AVE/AVANT):
From Madrid:: High-speed AVE trains frequently connect Madrid's Puerta de Atocha station to Córdoba. The journey typically lasts between 1 hour 30 minutes and 1 hour 46 minutes. Ticket prices can start from approximately €12-€30 when booked in advance, but may increase to around €38-€55 for same-day purchases.
From Seville:: Direct high-speed AVE or AVANT trains from Seville's Santa Justa station reach Córdoba in about 40 to 54 minutes. Fares generally range from €14 to €37.
From Malaga:: Frequent AVANT and AVE high-speed services are available, with travel times of approximately 50 minutes to 1 hour. Single AVANT tickets start around €29.40, while AVE tickets can be from €52.70, with better deals often found through advance booking.
From Granada:: High-speed AVANT or AVE trains connect Granada to Córdoba in about 1 hour 30 minutes.
By Bus:
From Madrid:: Buses depart from Madrid's Estación Sur de Autobuses, taking approximately 4 hours 50 minutes to 5 hours 20 minutes to reach Córdoba. Ticket prices typically range from €5 to €15.
From Seville:: Services from Seville's Estación Plaza de Armas or Central Bus Station usually take between 1 hour 30 minutes and 2 hours 20 minutes. Fares often fall within the €5 to €16 range, with early booking sometimes offering prices as low as €6-€9.
From Malaga:: Bus journeys generally take 2 hours 30 minutes to 3 hours 45 minutes, with tickets priced around €5-€15.

By Air:
Córdoba Airport (ODB) offers limited regular flights. The most convenient international airports are Seville Airport (SVQ), roughly 1.5 hours away, and Malaga-Costa del Sol Airport (AGP), about 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours distant by car.
By Car Rental:
Car rental services are available at Córdoba's train station and various city center locations, with daily rates starting from approximately €21-€35. While useful for exploring the wider Andalusian region, driving within Córdoba's historic center is challenging due to narrow streets and limited, costly parking options, which can be around €15-€25 per day.
