From Podgorica (and Podgorica Airport - TGD):

From Tivat Airport (TIV):

  • There are no direct buses from Tivat Airport to Cetinje. Travelers can take a bus from Tivat's main bus station to Cetinje, which typically takes 1 hour 27 minutes and costs between €2-€21.
  • A direct taxi or private transfer from Tivat Airport to Cetinje covers 39.8-52 km in about 49-60 minutes, with taxi fares estimated at €22-€27.

From Kotor:
