Stepping into Peskesi, I immediately noticed the rustic-chic ambiance within a beautifully restored stone mansion. The essence of Cretan rural heritage truly comes to life here, with every dish crafted from ingredients sourced directly from their organic farm. I found the lamb with rice and the rooster in red sauce particularly outstanding, showcasing creative twists on classic flavors. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, enhancing the experience by sharing the story behind each dish. Reservations are highly recommended due to its popularity.
